oh right, and the whole idea that sun would be safe on the boat? wtf? hello, the boat's out there and jin KNOWS the bad guys have boats so why would they expect the others to come by foot? and even if they did come by foot, why would they expect them to just wander up to the fire and hang out?

suddenly sayid becomes an idiot in terms of military planning? suddenly jin understands english? suddenly sawyer is back to mushhead? and how come the chick "freckles" (can't remember her name) didn't play up her sex appeal when she was captured and it was what she was thinking they were looking for? she's done it plenty of times before in her exploits, so you'd think fluttering her eyelashes and showing some skin would be second nature to her if she thought it would get her something.

i wouldn't be surprised if the whole black smoke thing is never mentioned again.

I thought Wednesday's was good. I'm wondering if they are trying to rehabilitate the 3 that have been captured. Break them down and "reprogram them." And Math...the tunnel idea is a good one.

What's up with Desmond and thing with Locke's speech?

 

What's up with last night's episode? Locke was evidently tripping and Desmond took on an almost "Jesus" appearance. He did tell the future in regards to Locke's speech at the end.

 

I thought the same thing until I realized he is Jesus. Ok, well he played Jesus in the Gospel of John

I loved it. Great episode. Finally answered WHERE the guys in the hatch were. Got some pretty interesting background on Locke...

Is Desmond now a precog or was it a temporal anomaly that let him know about Locke's speech? Is Desmond's last name McFly?
