Those sons a bitches sure know how to diversify. First the book, then the movie, now this. Nothing will beat the book, though. Few things ever do.

I imagine I gotta start watching this. I'm trying not to pick up too much new TV, I just don't like watching that much tube.

I hardly even watch live television anymore except for sports. If I'm interested in a particular show, I'll just download it.

Just saw the premiere. I didn't think it was that good, and it annoyed me because it seemed like the writers didn't even know anything about football, they just copied the movie.

Watched the first 2 epis last night. Not bad at all. Even enjoyed the Hollywood version of football but found some to the more subtle touches surrounding it to be dead on.

I was particularly impressed with the way the religion was handled on the show. Very organic and real feel to it. To this day, hearing the Lord's Prayer makes me want to go rupture someone's spleen. Amen!

Agree. I watched 2/3 of the premiere. Didn't hold my interest.

I'm roped in. I have the DVR set up to record all the new shows. I like it.

Looks like FNL is about to get the ax. I like this show. Damnit! That one chick that is the daughter of one of the Aerosmith band members is freaking hot!
