Is it bad to eat eggs every morning?

    I love bananas too but I think eggs would be more nutritious. Lots of protein and can be fixed a LOT of different ways.

    I don't agree with just egg whites, taste terrible and lose all their nutritious value.

    Studies show high cholesterol mostly comes from heredity. I read where one woman who had high cholesterol and her doctor gave her a list of foods to avoid and the biggest thing she had to overcome was her everday egg habit. She stopped eating eggs all together for 6 months and was retested and it didn't help her cholesterol not even one point.

    Thanks for being judgemental. If I didn't like the plus in my name, I would pretend to be some skinny woman, but I am not and I don't have to do that b/c I love myself for who I am. I am healthy as a matter of fact, exercise a lot, and eat pretty healthy most of the time. I bet if the name said SD-anorexia-beauty you wouldn't be saying that would you? You'd be saying "eat all the eggs you can get your hands on".

    Edit to say...I'm sure Canada's healthcare system will be happy to take care of you no matter how many eggs you eat.

    ok then, i vote corn

    well yea, goob, that's why i said 'omelet'. gotta put some good stuff in there. the whites are pure protein. i just got grossed out eating an egg thinking about little, baby chicks. and then there's that whole chicken truck thing with me. i don't eat chicken and eat fake egg crap or whites. can't eat the soft, yellow baby chick part.

    ever cracked an egg and the chick has started to form and it's a baby chicken mutant? good god almighty. that will get you to quit eating eggs for a while.

    right on. and the best things for that is exercise and little (or no) red meat

    OMG, yes I have had that happen to me.. so sad.. I was turned off from eggs for a long time, and thanks to this message I probably will again! *gag*
