    2 lbs. Ground Beef
    1 Medium Onion
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Regular Size bottle of Heinz Ketchup
    1 T Mustard
    1 T Brown Sugar
    1 T Vinegar
    1 T Worcestershire Sauce

    Brown beef and drain. Sauté onion and green pepper until tender. Mix all ingredients and simmer for one hour or longer.

    that sounds pretty good. But if you don't have the time to do all that shit, this new Manwich stuff is a good sibstitute.
